As an Emotion-Focused Therapist in Toronto, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional challenges and build deeper connections.I believe that therapy isn’t just for when things fall apart—it’s also for keeping things from falling apart in the first place. Whether you’re facing a major life crisis, struggling with stress, or simply need a space to process and realign, I’m here to help.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) with years of experience working in community organizations, hospitals, outpatient clinics, government administration, and private practice, I bring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to supporting clients through life’s challenges.

With an existential and humanistic approach, I guide people toward reaching their highest potential while embracing the messy, imperfect, and beautifully human parts of themselves. Growth doesn’t mean “fixing” yourself—it means learning to hold space for your experiences, struggles, and emotions without losing sight of your worth.

As a therapist, I believe in the power of emotional healing and self-awareness. My approach is deeply influenced by Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-backed, experiential model that fosters emotional processing and transformation. I have received certification in EFT and am currently under the supervision of Dr. Leslie Greenberg, a pioneer in the field. This training allows me to guide clients in understanding, expressing, and transforming difficult emotions, leading to meaningful personal growth and healthier relationships.

I take an integrative and client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My practice is particularly informed by:


Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT): Helping clients identify, process, and regulate emotions to foster personal and relational healing

Family & Couple Therapy: Strengthening relationships by addressing emotional disconnection, conflict patterns, and communication challenges

Mindfulness & Somatic Awareness: Encouraging present-moment awareness to support emotional well-being and reduce stress

Trauma-Informed Therapy: Creating a safe space for clients to explore past experiences and develop coping strategies


My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their emotions, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop the tools to navigate life’s difficulties with resilience and confidence.
